The Productions Manager supports the State Farm independent contractor agent's office by coordinating activity goals, assisting with marketing initiatives, and tracking business production results across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on production metrics. Be the top producer
- Coordinate lead follow-up and customer communications
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Assist with internal goal-setting and tracking
- Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or operations helpful
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in 775 Goodman Rd Southaven, MS and 200 W US Highway 72 Collierville, TN.
- Our office is open Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 and Saturday 9:00-12:00.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2019.
- We have 50 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
