Leading the marketing team, the full-time remote Senior Marketing Director will drive the strategy and systems that support growth, oversee brand and product marketing, and enhance payer relationships while ensuring measurable business impact. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the marketing strategy and organizational structure to support enterprise growth objectives Partner with leadership to design marketing strategies that accelerate integration within major health plans and translate complex clinical data into compelling narratives Oversee product positioning, launches, and commercialization strategies while fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making Required qualifications 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in the healthcare sector, preferably with a focus on B2B2C or B2B healthcare marketing targeting health plans Deep understanding of value-based care models and the behavioral health landscape Proven ability to translate complex clinical concepts into high-impact marketing collateral Extensive experience in developing integrated marketing strategies that drive business growth across diverse audiences Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing marketing organizations through rapid growth and change
