Job: On-site office location (Tustin, CA)Responsibilities:Develop and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and support agency growth.Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to meet client needs.Manage and resolve complex customer issues effectively.Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both new and existing clients.Qualifications:Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.Required license: Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C), or willingness to obtain licensing.Compensation: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per yearMy team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
