Digital & E-Commerce Intern (Digital Marketing Focus)

Summary Support the North America E-Commerce team with a focus on paid media performance and website analytics. Assist in campaign management, performance reporting, and maintaining the E-Commerce Activation Calendar to drive data-informed decisions for the US and Canadian sites. Collaborate with HQ, creative teams, and external agencies to help execute digital and e-commerce initiatives. Responsibilities Maintain and organize the E-Commerce NA Activation Calendar and related trackers. Support briefing and execution of digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest. Create and manage e-commerce performance reports and internal E-Commerce Bulletins. Run ad hoc analyses of site and campaign performance on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Monitor US, Canada, and global site updates and provide feedback to NA and HQ teams. Requirements Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital media, user experience, and retail trends. Experience working with third-party digital marketing partners and campaign management. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Google Analytics or other site analytics platforms. Good knowledge of CRM, email, and client segmentation analysis, plus strong verbal and written communication skills.
