Production Workers And Machine Operators
NECIC Staffing is hiring Production Workers and Machine Operators for a wire manufacturing facility in North Royalton, Ohio. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable, established manufacturer that offers consistent 4-day work schedules and the chance to build long term skills in wire forming and production operations. No prior wire manufacturing experience required on-the-job training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Operate wire-forming machinery and production equipment - Tend wire forms and produce industrial wire goods and filter bag cage components - Perform quality checks and maintain production standards - Follow safety procedures and machine operation instructions - Meet production output targets consistently
Schedule Details
- MondayThursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts) - Mandatory overtime and/or Friday shifts may be required based on production needs - Must be reliable and able to commit to full scheduled shifts
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts in a manufacturing plant environment - Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine operation - Strong attendance record this facility uses a strict point-based attendance system - Reliable transportation to North Royalton, OH 44133 - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
What You'll Earn
- $14.00$16.00/hour based on experience - Weekly pay through NECIC Staffing
