Pay: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
- Join a well-established, growing estate planning practice with a strong pipeline of sophisticated client work
- Work directly with partners and clients on meaningful estate planning, trust, and wealth transfer matters
- Step into a role with real responsibility, client interaction, and long-term growth potential
- Collaborate with corporate and tax attorneys on integrated planning for business owners and high-net-worth clients
- Be part of a responsive, entrepreneurial team that values quality work, ownership, and strong client relationships
- Draft wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
- Advise clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, and trust administration matters
- Work with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on personalized planning strategies
- Assist with trust administration, estate settlement, and related post-death administration matters
- Coordinate with corporate and tax attorneys on integrated planning for business owners and complex client situations
- Manage deadlines, client communication, and a steady volume of sophisticated estate planning work
- Build trusted client relationships through responsiveness, attention to detail, and practical guidance
- 3+ years of estate planning experience
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Experience with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
- Ability to manage multiple client matters efficiently and accurately
- Excellent communication, responsiveness, and client service skills
- Experience with WealthCounsel, WealthDocs, irrevocable trusts, or tax planning strategies is preferred
- Busy, respected estate planning practice with consistent client demand
- Strong partner access, mentorship, and meaningful client-facing work
- Collegial, team-oriented environment with a practical and entrepreneurial mindset
