Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of estate planning experience, including hands-on drafting experience with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents.

Job Description

Draft wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
Advise clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, and trust administration matters
Work with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on personalized planning strategies
Assist with trust administration, estate settlement, and related post-death administration matters
Coordinate with corporate and tax attorneys on integrated planning for business owners and complex client situations
Manage deadlines, client communication, and a steady volume of sophisticated estate planning work
Build trusted client relationships through responsiveness, attention to detail, and practical guidance

Qualifications

3+ years of estate planning experience
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
Experience with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
Ability to manage multiple client matters efficiently and accurately
Excellent communication, responsiveness, and client service skills
Experience with WealthCounsel, WealthDocs, irrevocable trusts, or tax planning strategies is preferred
