Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Pediatric ABA Clinic

Behavior Technicians (BTs) Behavior Technicians (BTs) work one‑on‑one with children to help build communication, social, and daily living skills through applied behavior analysis (ABA). The work can be physically and emotionally challenging, but it’s also deeply rewarding. It takes patience, consistency, and genuine enthusiasm for helping children reach their potential — and you’ll be supported every step of the way as you grow into the role.
