Hospice NurseSchedule3-12's, 7pm-7am, rotatingJob DescriptionAs a Hospice Nurse, you will embody the spirit of compassionate care, becoming a vital support for patients and families during their most challenging times. This role allows you to realize your calling as a nurse, focusing on helping patients achieve their personal goals of care and providing essential guidance to caregivers. You will utilize your strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities while thriving in an environment dedicated to personalized care.The Ferris Care Center (FCC) team emphasizes intensive medical end-of-life care for patients preferring a home-like setting over hospitalization, ensuring comprehensive physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support throughout their journey. In this full-time position, you will also have an on-call requirement of two shifts per month.
