As Branch Supervisor, you'll guide daily operations, support a motivated team, and build trusted relationships with customers and vendors. You'll work hands-on to connect strategy with action, encourage learning and growth, and keep the branch running safely and smoothly.

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Branch Supervisor in our Fishersville location. This location sells plumbing and HVAC products.

Schedule:

• M-F 7am - 4pm.

Position Details:

• Reports to Branch Manager.
• Direct oversight of two associates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage branch performance, including sales, operations, and financials.
• Support and grow a capable, engaged team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs.
• Oversee pricing, inventory, and logistics to keep things running efficiently.
• Promote a safety-conscious work environment.
• Help team members develop skills and prepare for future opportunities.
• May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience required.
• 5 years of plumbing or HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to build a team.
• Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions.
• A collaborative, coaching-focused leadership style.
• A track record of building team trust and consistency.
• Clear, calm problem-solving-even when things move fast.
• Familiarity with process improvement and day-to-day execution.
• Insight into the local market and what matters to your customers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state issued driver's license required.

Pay Range:

$24.86 - $37.31

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
