Warehouse Associate Location: Greenfield, IN Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Novelty Inc. is a multi-channel product development company that designs high-impulse items and sells them directly to our customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our Warehouse team at our Greenfield, Indiana corporate location. Perform a variety of warehouse duties, including picking, packing, sorting, shipping/receiving, loading and unloading, and building display racks Accurately follow written and verbal instructions Maintain attention to detail while working efficiently Frequently lift and move items weighing between 15–60 pounds Comply with all company safety policies and procedures Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude Maintain punctual and consistent attendance Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Basic computer skills Basic math skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to a fast-paced warehouse operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Novelty, Inc
