Daily Responsibilities: Manage patient scheduling and appointments Process insurance claims and verify coverage Handle treatment planning and billing Assist with credit card processing and collections Maintain patient files and ensure HIPAA compliance Required Skills: Proficiency in Denticon software Knowledge of dental terminology Experience with insurance claims and billing Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Benefits: Dental Insurance Vacation Leave Sick Leave Holiday Pay Paid Time Off Hours: Mon. 8-5 Tues 10-6 Wed (off) Thurs 11-8 Friday 8-2 Sat 8-2 Company Information: Dynamic general practice that does it all!
