Litigation Attorney - Product Liability

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-10 years of licensed experience. Specifically, we are interested in candidates for our Chicago location to litigate in the product liability and warranties practice areas. This candidate must hold an active California license as well as an active Midwest license in IL, MO, or KS. Candidates without an active California license will not be considered. Experience and Skills Overall case management experience, including drafting critical motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in court proceedings. Trial and appellate experience. Excellent academic credentials and immaculate presentation skills. Ability to maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base. Entrepreneurial spirit to pursue new opportunities in expanding practice areas. Compensation The anticipated salary will range between $110,000 and $160,000, commensurate with the candidate’s background and years of experience. Other income opportunities include discretionary profit‑sharing contributions, typically made on an annual basis, and a merit‑based discretionary bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
