Benefits / Payroll Manager

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 Location: [Insert Location / Hybrid / Remote] Job Type: Full-Time About The Role We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing and administering employee benefits programs, with hands-on expertise in UKG Pro required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with sensitive employee data in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly/semi-monthly payroll for all employees using UKG Pro Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations, including wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and garnishments Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies Manage open enrollment processes and respond to employee benefits inquiries Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations Reconcile payroll and benefits data, resolving discrepancies as needed Process new hire, termination, and status change transactions within UKG Pro Generate payroll and benefits reports for management and finance teams Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate record-keeping and audit readiness Stay current on payroll tax laws and benefits regulations Qualifications 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration Hands-on experience with UKG Pro is required Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification Experience supporting multi-state payroll Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $80,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience [Insert additional benefits: health insurance, 401(k), PTO, etc.] #J-18808-Ljbffr The Nagler Group
