Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Sales Management, or related fields — or, in lieu of a formal degree, 5+ years of proven inside sales experience. Key Responsibilities Help sales reps to identify new sales opportunities, expanding the customer portfolio primarily through phone, email, video conferencing, and other remote channels. Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close contracts, ensuring the achievement of established sales targets. Manage the customer lifecycle, from the initial negotiation through post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
