What We are Looking For Our firm is a growing independent engineering and advisory firm operating in the renewable power and energy storage space. Our primary skill sets are related to electrical engineering and power system advisory. We have enjoyed growth in our reputation for excellence in consulting and engineering, but there remain challenges to reach the next level. You are in an area of the United States with high growth rates of renewable power. You have experience in or interest in electrical engineering, corporate development of renewable power, solar power, or energy storage, and/or you have worked in the utility space. This individual is responsible for building strategic business relationships and providing a vision for all client engagement strategies and their execution. You support the development of the organization on a casual basis aligned with your availability and interest in the subject matter. Responsibilities Pitch in with consulting hours to ensure the alignment of our company with the client’s needs Support: help the company identify and qualify high-quality acquisitions Staff development: share your experience and insight with junior staff and provide mentorship Requirements Technical or engineering background, with experience in renewable power and energy storage Support: help the company identify and qualify high-quality acquisitions Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance Diplomacy, including robust negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners and customers Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent listening skills High level of integrity and work ethic Reliable problem identification and objection resolution skills Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Ability to work individually and as part of a team Must possess a valid driver’s license and passport #J-18808-Ljbffr Phoventus Website
