Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Oncology to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services.
• Monitor patient vitals and progress, reporting any notable changes to the care team promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and therapeutic interventions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and health regulations within the oncology unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in oncology nursing.
• AHA BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications required.
• Proficient in acute care and inpatient oncology settings.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts from 7am to 7pm, including variable days.
• Commitment to working two major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day, and one minor holiday.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility location.
