Cost Accountant

TWO days remote per week Randstad is excited to partner with a growing local manufacturer seeking a Cost Accountant to add bench strength to their tight-knit team. Reporting directly to a supportive, highly collaborative Controller, you will serve a key partner across accounting and operations by leading the standard costing process and delivering immeidate, hands-on business impact. This position offers a highly flexible hybrid work arrangement with two work-from-home days per week, perfectly balancing autonomy with the team connection. • Month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
• Assist with some budgeting and the annual audit process
