As an Activity Aide at Complete Care at Court House , you'll help create a vibrant, welcoming environment by planning and assisting with recreational activities that encourage socialization, creativity, and overall well-being. Activity Aide Schedule & Benefits: Part-time, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 9am-5pm schedule Daily Pay available Competitive compensation A supportive team environment where your contributions are recognized and appreciated Activity Aide Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Previous experience as an Activity Aide or in a long-term care, healthcare, recreation, or customer service setting is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated candidates Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Creative, dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team Basic computer skills required A genuine passion for enriching the lives of seniors Activity Aide Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Activities in coordinating and leading daily recreational, social, and therapeutic programs Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one support during activities as needed Monitor resident engagement and communicate observations to the nursing team when appropriate Maintain accurate attendance records and activity documentation Help decorate Complete Care at Court House for holidays, seasonal events, and special celebrations Prepare activity materials and ensure activity spaces remain organized and inviting Support community events and special programs that enhance the resident experience Perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Activities or Administrator Join our team and start a rewarding career as an Activity Aide with Complete Care at Court House!
