Work Environment

The position is based onsite, providing therapy directly in the homes of our clients throughout Delray Beach and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough chart reviews and gather detailed patient data to create accurate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to discuss patient histories and develop integrated care strategies.
• Exhibit proficiency in understanding complex medical diagnoses, interpreting laboratory and radiology results, and recognizing contraindications that impact treatment.
• Design and implement innovative treatment programs tailored to diverse populations, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients.
• Monitor clinical outcomes closely and engage with fellow therapists regarding atypical cases to ensure optimal patient management.
• Streamline clinical workflows by efficiently managing patient referrals, scheduling, and enhancing the overall capture of clinical opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on home health patients, ranging from post-operative orthopedic recovery to rehabilitative therapy for chronic neurological conditions. You will work with various age groups, including pediatric patients requiring specialized care. Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits
