Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite and involves providing therapy in the comfort of our patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities through comprehensive assessments, examining their strength, flexibility, posture, and coordination.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Administer hands-on therapy that includes a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modern modalities.
• Regularly monitor and track patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimum recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and overall wellness approaches.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and incorporate relevant new techniques into care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to achieve comprehensive patient care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including elderly patients recovering from surgery, individuals with chronic conditions, and those seeking rehabilitation post-injury. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy, with a focus on home care preferred.
• Exceptional clinical skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered services.

Preferred Experience

While three years of experience in physical therapy is required, those with specialized training in geriatric care, sports rehabilitation, or therapeutic modalities will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
