Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one patient care, tailoring treatment plans based on individual needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Thoroughly document all aspects of patient care, including clinical services, billing, and correspondence with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance and enhance coordination.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge throughout each patient encounter, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach.
• Stay updated and comply with all relevant regulatory guidance, including HIPAA, Medicare regulations, and best practices for billing and coding.
• Engage in effective communication with patients, family members, and all members of the healthcare team to promote collaborative care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse population of clients, including pediatric patients and individuals recovering from various musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. Your ability to assess and implement personalized treatment plans will significantly influence their recovery journey. Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Florida PT License is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques to address pain management needs effectively.
• Ability to work with pediatric patients is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital or similar environment, where you've had the opportunity to provide direct patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
