This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You are a, to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a large-scale program. You excel with collaborating across teams, and can translate complex information into concise, executive/leadership-ready materials. You will report to the onsite manager.Location: ONSITE ONLY: Miami FL 1-year contract assignment. (W-2)Key Responsibilities:Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreamsPartner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverablesDevelop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-makingDefine and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestonesTrack progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteriaConsolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependenciesUtilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progressQualifications:Bachelor's degreeProven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teamsAdvanced proficiency in:System implementationsPowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis)JIRA (task and defect management)Concise presentationsEntry/exit ORT criteriaMilestone-based deliverablesOur Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you! The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $23.00/hr to $28.00/hr.
