Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date/Duration: Permanent full-time

Shift: 4 days/week, daytime hours

Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours

Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Experience: Prior MFM experience preferred but not required

Salary: $525,000 - $600,000 based on experience

Bonus: Eligibility for a non-guaranteed bonus pool

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive MFM care for high-risk pregnancies in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Perform advanced prenatal diagnostics, including ultrasound, genetic testing, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), and fetal echocardiography
• Manage a diverse patient population within a high-acuity environment supporting over 7,500 annual deliveries
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OB hospitalists, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and advanced practice providers
• Participate in outreach services supporting regional locations such as Everett and Issaquah
• Mentor OB/GYN residents through clinical teaching
• Contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
• Support postpartum care alongside healthcare team members

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Medical license in Washington or eligible to obtain one
• Experience working in high-acuity maternal-fetal environments preferred

Preferred:

• Skills in fetal echocardiography and genetic testing procedures
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
