We are looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and motivated to help maintain our hotel properties. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hotel, apartment, facilities, construction, or general maintenance experience. This position assists with: Guest room repairs Preventative maintenance Basic plumbing, electrical, and painting HVAC and mechanical troubleshooting General building upkeep Responding to guest maintenance requests Hotel maintenance experience is preferred but not required. **Opening will be posted until September 25, 2026** Job Overview Respond to guest and hotel maintenance requests in a timely manner while helping maintain the property in a safe, clean, and efficient condition. This position works closely with the Engineering team to complete preventative maintenance, repairs, and daily upkeep throughout the hotel.
