To support a dynamic sales team, the fully remote Warranty Sales Executive will convert inbound calls into sales, upsell extended warranties, and represent well-known brands while earning a steady base pay and uncapped bonuses. Key responsibilities Convert inbound calls from customers seeking to protect their appliance purchases Upsell extended warranties by demonstrating value and handling objections effectively Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering a competitive team environment Required qualifications At least 6 months of sales experience in retail, phone, or related fields Ability to build rapport and engage in impactful conversations with customers Strong objection-handling skills and motivation to compete for performance-based rewards Commitment to attendance and adherence to scheduled work hours Technical readiness with a Windows 11 PC, headset, webcam, and reliable internet connection
