Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Garland, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift - 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. Overtime must be approved by the director before any hours are worked.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient role. The therapist will be required to manage and treat a diverse patient population effectively while meeting productivity expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
• Meet productivity expectations, averaging 60 visits per week.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
• Possibility to float to other clinics as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
