Start your day making a difference. Continuum is seeking experienced caregivers who are available to begin shifts as early as 7:00 AM throughout St. Charles County and the Greater St. Louis area . If you're dependable, enjoy building meaningful connections, and take pride in helping older adults begin their day safely and comfortably, we'd love to meet you!

For more than 24 years , Continuum has helped local families navigate aging at home through personalized, relationship-focused care.

• Early morning, daytime, and extended shifts available

• Flexible scheduling with 4-hour to 12-hour shifts

• Consistent client assignments

• Individualized care in private home settings

• Accessible leadership team that supports your success

• Opportunities to form lasting connections with clients and families

• Assist clients with daily routines: bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation using assistive devices

• Prepare meals and encourage healthy daily habits

• Help maintain a clean and organized home environment

• Provide social engagement and reassurance

• Keep families and the care team informed of client needs and changes

• Deliver attentive care tailored to each client's preferences and goals

• Available to start shifts at 7:00 AM

• Experienced in providing in-home care

• Dependable, attentive, and service-minded

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

• Professional communicators with a positive attitude

• Committed to helping older adults maintain independence and quality of life

• Previous caregiving experience required

• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background screening

• Ability to assist with lifting and transfers using proper equipment and assistive devices

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
