Director, Medical Affairs
Alumis
Alumis seeks an experienced Medical Director to lead medical affairs strategy and launch readiness for envudeucitinib in dermatology. The role involves translating clinical data into scientifically rigorous educational materials, overseeing medical review processes, and coordinating cross-functional launch activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead Medical Review of promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy and clinical relevance
- Develop medical content strategy and scientific readiness resources translating clinical data into educational materials
- Create field-facing resources including scientific presentations, FAQs, competitive analyses, and disease education
- Coordinate scientific readiness for major congresses and clinical data disclosures with internal training and analysis
- Partner with Field Medical, Scientific Communications, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent scientific communication
Requirements
- Ability to translate complex clinical and mechanistic data into clear educational content
- Strong understanding of Medical Review (MLR) processes and promotional material review
- Experience developing Medical Affairs resources for product launches and field medical support
- Excellent scientific writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience with dermatology, immunology, or precision medicines (implied by role focus)
