Sr Director, Global Public Affairs, Inflammation

Responsibilities
- Advise cross-functional leadership on therapeutic area strategy using stakeholder insights and reputational assessments
- Develop and execute global stakeholder communications strategy for inflammation innovations and access initiatives
- Lead issues management and enterprise reputation strategy across multiple geographic regions
- Engage patient advocacy organizations, professional societies, and community partners on unmet needs
- Oversee communications materials, clinical study support, and regulatory filing communications for pipeline candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and fourteen years of experience, or Master's degree and twelve years of experience
- Strategic public affairs and communications expertise in pharmaceutical or healthcare context
- Cross-functional leadership experience with clinical, commercial, and policy teams
- Stakeholder engagement and issues management experience, particularly with advocacy organizations
- Experience developing global communications strategies and managing external reputation
- Media relations and PR agency management capabilities
