Customer Service Representative - Nashville, TN

Join a fast-paced automotive auction team! This role focuses on customer service, data entry, order processing, vehicle documentation, and auction preparation. You'll work closely with a small team to ensure accurate records and a smooth auction process.

What You'll Do:

• Process orders, paperwork, and data entry
• Maintain customer and vehicle records
• Answer questions and resolve issues professionally
• Inspect vehicles and help prepare them for auction

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Strong customer service and attention to detail
• Comfortable with computers and data entry
• Reliable team player in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work outside

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN 37218.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
