What You'll Be Doing

• Complete apartment turnovers and prepare units for new residents
• Perform drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC-related repairs
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Respond to resident service requests and provide excellent customer service
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep properties running smoothly
• Work with a supportive maintenance team to maintain safe and comfortable communities

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Property maintenance, apartment maintenance, facilities, construction, handyman, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or related experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on environment
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
