Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an Maintenance Technician for our Pennsylvania recycling operation. The pay range for this position is $20-$35/ hr. depending upon education and experience. The schedule is an daylight 12 hour shift on a 7:00am- 7:30pm 2-2-3 schedule.

In this role, you will you'll do more than just turn a wrench, you'll you will keep the heartbeat of our recycling facility running strong. From managing performing maintenance & production inventories to troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial equipment. Fromtroubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial equipment to maintaining inventories and performing proactive maintenance. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring that our advanced recycling machinery operates at peak performance.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Keep our operations running smoothly with proactive preventative maintenance/ repairs.

• Troubleshoot and solve mechanical and electrical issues that keep production moving.

• Inspect, service, and optimize extruders, conveyors, pumps, motors, and other key equipment.

• Install new equipment, calibrate machines, and continually improve uptime/ efficiency.

• Partner with operators, and managers to WOW both internal and external customers.

• Lead with safety to help foster a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Perform miscellaneous job duties as required.

Basic Requirements:

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (extrusion, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems a plus).

• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders.

• Hands-on skills with power/hand tools, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.

• Knowledge of PLCs, Lean manufacturing, and 5S principles.

• A strong team mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or GED (trade school, associate's degree, or welding/fabrication skills preferred).

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively.

• Willingness to work Ability to work overtime when needed.

• This role is considered safety sensitive .

• Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)

• Must have a reliable form of transportation.

• Maintain consistent and timely attendance.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Preferred Qualification s/ Requirements :

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting/programing

• Skills in welding and metal fabrication

• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems

• Knowledge of industrial automation or robotics

• Background in mechanical repair, machine installation, or process improvement

Work Environment:

It's important that candidates fully understand the environment they'll be working in. This role is hands-on, fast paced, and critical to keeping our operation moving.

• Safety-First Culture : Hearing protection and other PPE are required. Safety isn't optional; it's the foundation of everything we do. All required PPE is provided by Triumvirate.

• Manufacturing Setting : You'll work in a large, 100,000+-square-foot recycling facility that is always active with production, equipment movement, and inbound deliveries.

• Dynamic Conditions : Seasonal temperature changes, radio communication with operators and managers, and constant coordination across teams keep things moving quickly.

• Team-Oriented Atmosphere : You willbe part of a 100+ employee operation where collaboration, communication, and accountability are essential.

• On Your Feet : Expect to be moving across large areas of the plant where the surface is concrete, responding to maintenance needs, and staying hands-on with equipment.

• Potential limited Travel : May be required to maintain offsite warehouse locations and training
