Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information for sales and customer service. Immediate hire for the right candidates! No experience needed and we provide training. Clear career path to management.

MUST be located in Alabama, Georgia or Florida.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
Provide information about the products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

No previous experience necessary! We provide training.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
