Job Description:

We are seeking an adaptable Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week night-shift travel assignment at the acclaimed Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for seasoned travelers or acute care nurses looking to break into travel nursing, as first-time travelers are welcome!

Facility Details & Unit Highlights:

• Facility: The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital (Cone Health)
• Unit Patient Mix: Primarily General Med/Surg clinical population featuring respiratory conditions, diabetes management, observation, surgical overflow, and palliative/hospice care.
• Charting System: Epic (Required)
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with an Every Other Weekend rotation.

Key Requirements & Testing:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent inpatient acute care experience. (Charge nurse experience is a plus!)
• Licensure: Active North Carolina or Compact RN License in hand.
• Certifications: Current BLS (AHA).
• Onboarding Requirement: Must be aware of and prepared to pass a Pass/Fail EKG competency exam during the onboarding phase (2 attempts permitted).
• Floating & Flexibility: Must be willing to float to any campus across the Cone Health network if a critical operational need arises.
• Strict Radius Rule: Permanent tax address must be 50+ miles away from the facility to qualify (no local candidates accepted).
