The Pharmacy Clinical Specialist – ICU/ED/Decentralized Hybrid at Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital provides bedside clinical pharmacy support in a high-acuity ICU, collaborating with ICU physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize therapy. This role includes responding to codes, trauma activations, and rapid responses, with emphasis on high-risk medications and antimicrobial stewardship.
