As a senior leader within Product, you will operate with high autonomy, influence executive direction, and serve as the voice of our MSP/MSSP customers across the organization. You will define clear success metrics and ensure delivery against revenue, adoption, retention, and operational efficiency goals. Key Responsibilities MSP/MSSP Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for MSP and MSSP customer segments. Multi-Tenant & Delegated Architecture: Own the evolution of multi-tenant management capabilities, including role-based access controls, hierarchical management, delegated administration, and operational controls required by service providers managing hundreds or thousands of end customers. Security Operations Enablement: Drive product capabilities that support SOC workflows, alert triage, case management, automation, reporting, and integration into existing MSP/MSSP tooling ecosystems (PSA, RMM, SIEM, ticketing systems). Compliance & Reporting: Define features that enable partners to meet regulatory and industry compliance requirements across their customer base. Deliver scalable reporting, audit trails, and policy enforcement capabilities aligned with frameworks commonly required by MSP/MSSP clients. Commercial & Packaging Strategy: Partner with Sales and Finance to shape packaging, pricing models, and service enablement strategies that support MSP resale, bundled offerings, and recurring revenue growth. Roadmap Ownership & Prioritization: Develop and maintain a transparent, outcome-driven roadmap that balances partner requests, technical investments, market differentiation, and revenue impact. Make data-driven prioritization decisions tied to measurable business results. Voice of the Partner: Engage directly with key MSP/MSSP customers, participate in QBRs and advisory boards, and incorporate structured feedback into product planning. Act as the primary liaison between go-to-market teams and engineering for service-provider needs. Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders at senior and executive levels. Data-driven decision-making skills with experience using product analytics and operational metrics to guide prioritization. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex security and technical concepts into business value. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-team initiatives.
