ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. Position Profile: 27,000 annual pediatric visits Level I Pediatric Trauma Center 14-bed Pediatric ED including 2-bed Fast Track 12-bed PICU 63-Bed Level III NICU, RPPIC Center 36 hours of pediatrician coverage 12-hour shifts (10 shifts/month for full-time) Full sub-specialty back-up EPIC EMR Teaching opportunities with Pediatric Residents Independent Contractor Status (1099) Facility Information: Nicklaus Children's Hospital at Broward Health is nationally recognized by the Children's Hospital Association for its family-centered care for newborns, children, and adolescents.
