This Epic Cadence Analyst will focus almost exclusively on complex decision tree build and optimization work within Cadence, helping the team update and redesign decision trees while supporting a larger backlog of additional workflow requests. Responsibilities include building and modifying scheduling decision trees, referral routing logic, clinical review and triage workflows, work queue processes, open scheduling readiness, and priority-based scheduling pathways. The role is a 50/50 split between analysis and build work, requiring the analyst to review workflow documentation, understand complex scheduling requirements, and translate those requirements into scalable decision tree configurations. This team needs someone with extensive Cadence decision tree experience who can step in immediately and independently manage complex workflow builds with minimal ramp-up.
