Location Requirement Applicants must reside in or currently serve within a 45-mile radius of Allegany, MD. Position Overview This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery. Ideal Candidates Include Experienced Process Servers Licensed Private Investigators Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals Paralegals Key Responsibilities Make diligent service attempts: Up to 3 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.) Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email) Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to: Upload photo evidence of addresses Submit detailed attempt notes Record service or non-service outcomes Requirements Reliable transportation Valid driver’s license Active auto insurance Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications Strong communication and documentation skillsCommitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $50.00 - $500.00 per week Benefits Flexible schedule Schedule Day shift Evening shift #J-18808-Ljbffr ProVest
