Real Estate Transactions & Portfolio Operations Lead
Genentech
Genentech is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to drive the end-to-end execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing while ensuring compliance and seamless operations across the portfolio. You will partner with the Real Estate Strategy team, legal, finance, site operations, and external partners to manage data, timelines, and governance, enabling strategic decisions and value realization.
