Project Operations & Operational Excellence Lead

Role: Documentation Management Lead supporting Design & Construction (D&C) projects within a regulated biopharma environment, primarily focusing on pharmaceutical or biotech facilities. Responsibilities: oversee project documentation workflows, establish standards, manage document lifecycle, coordinate with engineering, construction, vendors, and site teams support Autodesk Forma workflows ensure documentation compliance and quality develop reporting dashboards and support project closeout activities Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience supporting pharma, biotech, or life sciences projects, with hands-on Autodesk Forma expertise strong knowledge of construction documentation processes, document lifecycle management, and stakeholder coordination Preferred: experience in GMP-regulated environments, large-scale facility projects, BIM/CDE platforms, project controls integration, and operational readiness documentation HighValue: experience in pharmaceutical or biotech capital projects, GMP compliance, and document management for complex regulated environments WorkSetup: travel up to 100% to client sites primarily site-based with some remote elements #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
