This is an opportunity to work directly with accomplished trial attorneys on complex, high-value personal injury cases in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Responsibilities Support senior litigation attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation Manage plaintiff personal injury case files from filing through resolution or trial Draft and respond to discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, correspondence, and litigation documents Coordinate depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trial preparation Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings through Washington e-filing portals Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, medical providers, and experts Organize exhibits, medical records, billing records, and trial materials Assist attorneys with case strategy, document management, and trial readiness Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with Washington court rules and deadlines Qualifications 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiff personal injury law Experience handling personal injury litigation cases in Washington State Strong understanding of Washington auto insurance laws and bodily injury claims Former bodily injury insurance adjuster experience is a plus Knowledge of Washington court procedures, litigation timelines, and e-filing systems Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Trial preparation experience preferred Why Join Boohoff Law?
