Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient

The Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient is responsible for evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing patient independence through evidence-based rehabilitation.

Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum 12+ years of Physical Therapist experience (Outpatient preferred) Active Michigan Physical Therapist License (Required prior to start) BLS Certification (AHA Required) Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and patient care practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings Familiarity with EMR systems Strong patient education and communication skills

Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic Onsite role in Sault Ste. Marie, MI Patient-focused clinical environment
