Operations Support Specialist – Total Safety Total Safety is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join their safety‑conscious team. The Operations Support Specialist provides administrative and technical support for a business's day‑to‑day operations. Key responsibilities: Process invoices and in‑house orders. Contact vendors and customers, coordinate deliveries and returns. Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions. Manage calendars, handle, and organize electronic files. Coordinate maintenance repairs and deliveries at multiple TS locations. Collect and analyze data from various processes, ensuring information accessibility to all departments. Provide support with Eclipse queue for shipment confirmation and expediting. Implement new business procedures and processes, ensuring smooth implementation. Check regularly with other teams/departments to ensure processes are followed, answer questions, and improve processes as needed. Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth business operations. Pay rate: $22–$24 per hour. Qualifications Experience: 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience. Knowledge of Eclipse software helpful. Excel and Word proficiency. High School diploma required. Education: High School diploma.
