Senior Process Engineer

Assignment Duration: Potential multi-year contract We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to support biotech manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting GMP manufacturing processes for biologics, pharmaceuticals, or cell/gene therapies. Key Responsibilities Design, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes for biotech products. Extensive experience in upstream and/or downstream processes Perform design reviews of the migration of upstream and downstream processes from the legacy automated system to Emerson automation systems. Interpret and review Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), process flow diagrams (PFDs), equipment layouts, and related engineering design documents. Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions. Analyze process data to improve yield, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams. Ensure compliance with GMP and FDA regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field, with a minimum of eight years of process engineering experience Extensive experience with upstream and downstream mammalian cell culture Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, piping systems, instrumentation, valves, pumps, and related process engineering documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
