Clinic Registered Nurse (Senior)

Position Overview The Family Health Services Clinics of the Health and Social Services Department is currently recruiting for a Clinic Registered Nurse Senior. Responsibilities Coordinate the operational activities of public health clinics Provide nursing services in a clinical environment Provide general administrative support to clinic operations Assist in oversight, consultation, education, evaluation, and quality improvement assessment of trauma care Supervise employees, including lower level medical personnel, peer counselors, clerical staff, and student interns Education and Experience Requirements Three years of clinical nursing experience, including responsibility for clinic operations and oversight of others Associate’s degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited college with a major in nursing, or a nursing diploma from an accredited nursing program Licensing, Certification, and Registration Requirements Valid Registered Nurse license issued by the California State Board of Registered Nursing Current Adult, Child, and Infant CPR Certificate Valid California Driver's License, Class C (may be required) EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
