Intake Coordinator

Overview Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced and professional Intake Coordinator to join their growing team in NH. The Intake Coordinator manages all aspects of registration and admissions, answering incoming calls, gathering referral information, verifying insurance coverage, and scheduling client appointments. Responsibilities To be successful, you must be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and have a working knowledge of payer portals, co‑pays, deductibles, and health insurance benefits. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and work well as part of a multidisciplinary team of therapists, clinicians, nurse practitioners, and peers. Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills are essential, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
