Overview As the Store Manager, you will fully immerse yourself in Pandora’s brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engage with customers, and lead a team comprising Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. Responsibilities Demonstrate passion for the brand and coach the team to act as extraordinary brand ambassadors. Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers and fans. Exceed commercial targets and KPIs by embracing opportunities and driving performance. Create memorable shopping moments through strong product knowledge and brand loyalty. Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback to help achieve KPI goals. Develop loyal fans by engaging with customers beyond transactions and cultivating lasting connections. Build and maintain a talent pipeline across seasonal and core hires (Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, Sales Associates). Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and address performance issues and policy violations. Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operations, and ongoing talent development. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3–5+ years of Store Manager experience in a high-performance selling environment, with a results-oriented leadership approach. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results. Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams; experience with succession planning and internal mobility. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale systems. Eligible to work and at least 18 years old. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays with flexible scheduling and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
