NOW HIRING: 1st Shift Assembly – Brillion, WI Start at $20.00/hour with overtime available on Fridays (mandatory based on production needs). Join a clean, team-based manufacturing environment with training provided.

$20.00/hour starting pay
1st shift, 4-day schedule: Monday–Thursday
Early start / early finish
- 4:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Plant 3) or 4:45 AM – 2:45 PM (Plant 1)
Overtime on Fridays based on production needs
Steady work with a large team (17 openings)

What You'll Do

Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools
Follow standard work and safety procedures
Rotate and assist across stations to keep production moving
Learn to operate equipment as needed (training provided)
Work with your team to hit daily production goals

What It Takes

Required

Able to stand for 10-hour shifts
Comfortable with repetitive motion (bending, twisting, reaching overhead, fine hand work)
Able to lift up to 35 lbs
Dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting

Preferred

Manufacturing/assembly experience
Experience with hand/power tools
