About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be a financially rigorous professional with a strategic mindset, capable of balancing commercial performance, profitability, and growth with a strong mission focus. The CFO will be responsible for developing and executing a financial strategy that aligns with the organization's purpose-driven outcomes, providing clear financial insights to the leadership and the Board, and managing a range of financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires a leader who can mentor and develop finance, accounting, and payroll teams, and who is experienced in managing financial risk, ensuring compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, and overseeing capital allocation and growth strategies. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of an MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification, and a proven track record in senior financial leadership roles. Experience in professional services or assurance-based business models is essential, with a preference for those who have worked in third-party certification or similar environments. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, including FP&A, and be adept at managing multi-currency operations, international tax planning, and M&A activities. The role demands a leader who is comfortable with the intersection of mission, margin, and regulation, and who can bring financial discipline to complex service delivery while supporting the organization's commitment to positive social and environmental change.
